Born and raised in Florida, Amber has worked for BayStar Restaurant Group at Island Way Grill since 2006. Amber has been a huge part of the success not only at Island Way Grill, but also BayStar Catering. She has assisted in events such as the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, Clearwater Super Boat Race and also the Sugar Sand Festival. Amber shows an extreme amount of passion for her job and it shows in the success of all types of events. Whether she is planning a birthday celebration, baby shower, wedding anniversary, corporate event, Holiday party or your full wedding ceremony and reception, she will assure that every detail is complete. BayStar has received numerous compliments regarding Amber’s attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to communicate with not only customers but also her staff. Along with taking on your every need Amber is also an avid Runner, biker and swimmer. She has participated in numerous ½ marathons, full marathons, and also triathlons.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Sheri moved and found her new home in Florida. She has lived in and around Clearwater since 1984. Marrying Jason in 2001 and has twin boys Daniel and Jonathan. Being in the hospitality business for over 30 years, Sheri has learned every aspect of the business. Her favorite area being event planning and catering. She has coordinated events for the VIP area of the Clearwater Jazz Holiday for three years, Hospitality coordinator for the Clearwater Super Boat Race from its beginning in 2008, and coordinator for the VIP/Dining experience for the Sugar Sand Festival. Planning numerous events and weddings both at Island Way Grill and also local venues in and around Clearwater. Sheri is currently the catering Manager for BayStar Catering and also BayStar Restaurant Group.
